As you will definitely need physical strength to some extent. That’s why doing
exercise is quite important whenever you do practice. If you are taking any online piano classes then you will know the importance of warming up before doing

Before
starting gym, or going for a walk, we naturally do some warm- up exercise. Just
like that, when you start your regular practice piano, do some warm-ups. It
will take a maximum of 5 minutes but can save you from a lot of things.
Let’s
have a look how you can do those warm-ups,
- As your finger plays the main
role in playing a piano, you need to be concerned mainly about your
fingers. To reduce the stiffness of your fingers, just do some regular
stretching first and simply run all your fingers on the piano keyboard.
Let’s say, put your index finger on G and then put the index finger on F.
When you press F with your middle finger, lift up the index finger.
- Do the Hanon exercise. It will
not only help you to warm up your fingers but also help you to warm up
your forearms. You must know, along with fingers, forearm warming up is
simultaneously important. If you do any online piano classes, then
you will be surely advised to do so.
- Hand coordination is also an
ideal warm up exercise. Which is equally beneficial not only for your
entire hands but also for your brain.

you have a tendency to just do the warm up part before starting your regular
piano session, then it is high time to make it a habit. If you feel that you
